FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT with Daniel.
This week’s functional movement class involves:
A CHAIR
This workout is designed to only need one piece of equipment; a chair.
Set 1: Sit to Stand Squat + Side Bends
Set 2: Step Ups + Seated Twist
Set 3: Raised Rear Foot Lunge + Tricep Dips
Set 4: Glut Bridge Variations + Push Up Variations
Complete each set twice. 45 second efforts followed by 45 seconds rest between each exercise. Have 45 seconds rest between each set (pause the video for longer breaks). An additional third set of 45 seconds of each exercise at the end for a little extra
Equipment: A sturdy chair, preferably with a back.

Detox: Mind & Body - Part One
Welcome to this new series called “Toxins out”.
This is a program of SIX classes about detoxifying both the mind and the body.
About this program
Each of the SIX classes will run for 40 to 45 minutes.
Four of them are more physical with emphasis in strength and breath.
One meditation class with a warm up section to prepare the body.
One breathing class (pranayama) with a warming up to begin.
Our goal is to help the physical & mental bodies to feel relieved, lighter & cleaner from inside out.
What do we mean by DETOX?
Detox is a process where we remove or minimize toxins & human wastes from the body. Detoxing extends to the emotional body too. When we leave negative feelings aside, like impatience, jealousy, compulsive thoughts, stress causes by daily worries or financial struggles, negative thinking patterns etc...we can experience a significant relieve in the mind and enjoy better the joy of life.
PRECAUTIONS: If at any stage something does not feel good within your body, pause the practice and rest in child pose posture until you feel better. If you do not start to feel better, suspend practice for today.

TREAT YO SELF with Daniel.
This week’s class is called:
TREAT YO SELF: Lower Body
This Treat Yo Self is a class based on Stretching, Releasing and Activating the muscles of the lower body.
Each exercise will be held for around 1 minute on each side of the body. If you would like to hold these positions for longer, simply pause the video at any stage and resume when you’d like to do the next exercise.
Equipment: Foam Roller, Spiky Ball/Lacrosse Ball.
