What to expect from your initial consult:
Your Myotherapy session will begin with a consultation to understand your pain and concerns. Your therapist will then conduct a physical assessment, including range of motion tests, to identify the root cause of your discomfort. Based on these findings, a tailored treatment plan will be developed. This may involve a combination of massage techniques, stretching, and trigger point therapy to release tension and restore muscle balance. To ensure optimal access to the treated area, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Your session will conclude with a reassessment to measure progress and provide any necessary exercises for ongoing care.
