Recipe: Omelette Wraps

Prep: 5 minutes | Servings: 1+

A great breakfast or lunch option without having to load up on bread. Make your wraps in advance and have to them ready to take to work or as a lunchbox filler.

Ingredients:

Per omelette:

  • 1 Egg

  • 10g Greek Yoghurt

  • 10g Arrowroot Flour

  • 15ml Milk

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive oil or spray oil.

Sweet Chilli Ham

  • 50g Sliced Ham

  • 15g Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • Small Handful of Salad Leaves/Spinach

Smoked Salmon Wrap

  • 50g Smoked Salmon

  • 15g Spreadable Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)

  • Small Handful of Salad Leaves/Spinach

  • Fresh Chives, chopped

Method:

  • Step 1

    • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil for omelette and mix until combined. Multiply out ingredients if you plan to make your omelettes in bulk.

  • Step 2

    • Heat oil on small non-stick fry pan (around 20cm) over medium-high heat. Pour in omelette mix and swirl around to cover the entire pan. Cook for 30 seconds on each side, or until nicely browned. Transfer to plate and allow to cool. Repeat if cooking multiple omelettes.

  • Step 3

    • To assemble, add filling ingredients to middle of omelette and build your wrap!
